SERVICES
We provide an online platform that utilizes AI technologies to generate interior design images and ideas. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent you are 18 or older.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and all content on the Services, including designs, text, graphics, logos, software, images and other materials (collectively, the “Content”) are the property of Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own personal use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, frame, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any Content unless expressly authorized by Company in writing.
USER CONTENT
If you submit, upload, post, transpose or otherwise make available any text, images, audio, video, or any other content (“User Content”) through the Services, you grant Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, display, and incorporate such User Content into the Service solely for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service. You acknowledge and agree that Company may use User Content for marketing or promotional purposes without obtaining your express consent and without any compensation to you. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license. By submitting User Content, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

You are responsible for your use of the Services and you will not: (a) misuse or otherwise abuse the Services, including submitting false, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, offensive or unlawful content; (b) access or use the Services to design, develop or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people, libelous, threatening or otherwise objectionable; (c) interfere with or harm the Services or servers; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, user accounts or computer systems.
FEES AND PURCHASES
We reserve the right to charge fees in relation to the Services. Any applicable fees or payment terms will be disclosed prior to you using any paid features of the Services.
You are responsible for all charges associated with your purchases through the Services, including applicable taxes. Paid Services may renew automatically until you cancel. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged. All charges are non-refundable.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to restrict, terminate or block your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or if you misuse the Services. We reserve the right to retain User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival or audit purposes.
DISCLAIMERS
The services and content are provided "as is" without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security or accuracy.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access or use of the services or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute or any other legal theory. our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the services will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount actually paid by you for content in the preceding 12 months. some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
INDEMNITY
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any third party claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or related to your access or use of the Services, violation of these Terms or infringement or violation by you of any applicable law.
